Make sure you are signed in to your Xbox live about. If you don't already have one just click sign in and create one, it's super simple and 100% free. Then click play.
Go to the Servers Page.
Click Add server.
Type in the information above exactly how it's presented (capitalization and all), then just hit save
Give your phone or computer a minute to connect and your server should look something like this, then just click on it to join! (If there is a red dot, you're not connected to the server)
Xbox/Nintendo Switch Guide
Unfortunately, Xbox and Nintendo switch don't have the easiest ways of connecting to the servers yet it isn't too hard to get it working. Just watch these videos and follow my instructions, and you should be set to go. (I have not tested this method as I do not own an Xbox or Nintendo switch).

Just type in the information above in the corresponding boxes, you're screen should link a little different from this photo. Just remember to hit the add server to list switch and you should be good. (And no you do not need to type in the Server Name)
PS4 Comming Soon

Unfortunately, there was some presumed disagreement between corporate companies when PS4 switched to bedrock, and servers were not added. However, it has been stated that servers are coming to PS4, how long that will take though it is hard to tell.
But can you still join the server on PS4?
Maybe. I've done some research and there are some possible complicated ways of adding servers to PS4. I can't test them out because I don't have the console but If you want to please feel free to, and tell me if it works or if it doesn't. I've added the server information above if you want that anyway, and the best video I could find below. Hope that helps.
